Pricing: All services are priced per job based on the property's square footage. If a package is selected that does not cover the full size of the home, the order will be adjusted accordingly.
Home Preparation: Please ensure your property is photo-ready before we arrive. We encourage professional cleaning and staging (if needed) prior to your appointment. For liability reasons, we cannot move furniture, appliances, or personal belongings.
Editing Policy: We provide professional editing to enhance photos, improve lighting, and minimize minor blemishes. However, we do not alter or remove permanent fixtures, structural elements, or property features. Our goal is always to showcase your home in the best possible and most accurate light.
